这或许是广大对戏剧教育感兴趣的老师们最困惑的三个问题。
在过去的实践中，我们发现教育戏剧是回答和解决以上三个问题的关键，在最近几年，有越来越多的各学科的老师们开始意识到教育戏剧对教育创新、学科融合、儿童成长等方面的价值，因此对于教育戏剧的师资培训有迫切的需求。但是由于各方面的原因，国内高校缺少教育戏剧专业，因此真正熟悉和理解教育戏剧的老师严重欠缺。
为了满足老师们培训的需求，A4儿童艺术馆联合缪斌戏剧教育工作室举办教育戏剧师资培训，这将是一个循序渐进、系统学习教育戏剧的培训。缪老师认为合格的戏剧老师绝不是短期培训可以实现的，而需要长期系统学习，并配合以教学实践。因此，在这个培训项目中，老师们将组成学习共同体，在长期的学习和实践中互相陪伴，共同成长。在全程完成培训内容学习后，将会获得培训证书。

培训之后
在师培结束之后，老师们回到自己的教学岗位，学以致用，并得到缪斌老师持续的解答和支持。只有这样，才能真正成长为一名合格的戏剧教师。同时，在满足条件的情况下，可以申请加入缪斌戏剧教育工作室，与工作室其他成员结为学习共同体，在长期的学习与教学中可以互相学习、互相支持。前三期培训均受到了来自全国各地老师们的热情参与和高度赞扬，约五十多人次参加了基础班的培训，并在培训之后保持在自己教学岗位上的实践，真正地让培训中的学习得以应用于自己的教学。经过三期的培训，目前工作室已有20名成员，分别来自北京、海南、四川等地，在中小学和高校等任教。成员们坚持在实践之后撰写周记，每半年进行半年度考核，从而切实推动在戏剧教育方面的成长。

东北师范大学戏剧教育系师资培训：为戏剧教育系师生进行《基于经典文本的戏剧化创作》工作坊培训。
冰岛戏剧教师培训：受冰岛戏剧教育协会邀请，赴冰岛为当地中小学戏剧教师开展戏剧教育培训。
苏州工业园区教师培训：受苏州工业园区教科院邀请，为园区三十多名音乐教师开展戏剧教育培训。
成都文理学院小学教育系教育戏剧专业课：为小教系开设为期两年四个学期的教育戏剧专业课，系统学习教育戏剧。
浙江瑞安桐浦镇中心小学戏剧教育支持：基于整本书阅读项目，开展为期三年的系统性戏剧教育支持。
北京桂馨慈善基金会河南汝阳戏剧夏令营：为20名来自河南、山东、湖南、贵州、吉林等地的乡村教师进行为期七天的师资培训。
北京臻爱公益基金会火种导师营：为13名戏剧教育火种导师进行《集体中的个性-歌队作为教育戏剧的方法》工作坊。
浙江致朴公益基金会美育学校暑期共创工作坊：为浙江桐浦镇中心小学12名老师进行戏剧课程设计主题培训。
四川省凉山州普雄镇戏剧教育支持：为普雄镇各所学校提供整体性戏剧教育支持，发展适合少数民族地区的戏剧教育。

How to grow into a qualified drama teacher through learning and practice?
How to design drama curricula suitable for primary and secondary school students?
How to conduct drama classroom teaching effectively?
These may be the three most perplexing questions for educators interested in drama education.
In our past practice, we have found that Drama in Education (DiE) is the key to addressing and resolving these three questions. In recent years, an increasing number of educators across various disciplines have begun to recognize the value of Drama in Education in fostering educational innovation, cross-disciplinary integration, and children's holistic development. Consequently, there is an urgent demand for teacher training in this field. However, due to various reasons, domestic universities lack specialized Drama in Education programs, resulting in a severe shortage of teachers who are truly familiar with and understand Drama in Education.
To meet the training needs of educators, the A4 Children's Art Museum, in collaboration with the Miao Bin Drama Education Studio, is hosting a Drama Education Teacher Training program designed for progressive and systematic learning. Mr. Miao believes that a qualified drama teacher can never be forged through short-term training alone; rather, it requires long-term, systematic study combined with teaching practice.
Therefore, in this training program, participants will form a learning community, accompanying and growing together through long-term study and practice. Upon successfully completing the entire training curriculum, participants will receive a certificate of completion.

After the Training
After the training, educators return to their teaching posts to apply what they have learned, while receiving ongoing guidance and support from Mr. Miao Bin. Only through this approach can one truly grow into a qualified drama educator.
Meanwhile, upon meeting specific criteria, participants may apply to join the Miao Bin Drama Education Studio, forming a learning community with other studio members for mutual learning and support in long-term study and teaching.
The first three cohorts received enthusiastic participation and high praise from educators across the country. Over 50 participants have attended the Foundation Class, maintaining ongoing classroom practice after the training to genuinely apply what they learned to their own teaching. Following three cohorts of training, the studio currently boasts 20 members from regions including Beijing, Hainan, and Sichuan, teaching in primary, secondary, and higher education institutions. Members consistently write weekly reflections following their practice and undergo semi-annual evaluations, thereby effectively driving their professional growth in drama education.
Selected Teacher Training Experience of Miao Bin
Drama Education Department Teacher Training, Northeast Normal University: Conducted the workshop "Dramatized Creation Based on Classical Texts" for faculty and students of the Department of Drama Education.
Icelandic Drama Teachers Training: Invited by the Association of Drama Teachers in Iceland, traveled to Iceland to conduct drama education training for local primary and secondary school drama teachers.
Suzhou Industrial Park Teacher Training: Invited by the Suzhou Industrial Park Education Science Research Institute, conducted drama education training for over 30 music teachers in the district.
Primary Education Department, Chengdu College of Arts and Sciences: Delivered a two-year, four-semester specialized course on Drama in Education for the Primary Education Department, enabling systematic study of the field.
Drama Education Support for Tongpu Central Primary School, Ruian, Zhejiang: Provided three years of systematic drama education support based on a whole-book reading project.
Drama Summer Camp in Ruyang, Henan by Beijing Guixin Charitable Foundation: Conducted a seven-day teacher training program for 20 rural educators from Henan, Shandong, Hunan, Guizhou, Jilin, and other provinces.
"Kindling" Mentor Camp by Beijing Zhen'ai Foundation: Conducted the workshop "Individuality within the Collective: The Chorus as a Method in Drama in Education" for 13 drama education mentors.
Summer Co-Creation Workshop by Zhejiang Zhipu Foundation Aesthetic Education Schools: Conducted themed training on drama curriculum design for 12 teachers from Tongpu Central Primary School, Zhejiang.
Drama Education Support in Puxiong Town, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan: Provided holistic drama education support to schools in Puxiong Town, developing drama education tailored to ethnic minority regions.
Chengdu Youth Palace Drama Education Teacher Training: Conducted drama education training for over 20 teachers at the Youth Palace.
Xikou Town "Wonderful Teachers" Growth Camp, Quzhou, Zhejiang: Conducted the themed drama workshop "Vitality of the Educator" for rural teachers across Zhejiang.
A4 Art Museum iSTART "T+ Rural Teacher Aesthetic Education Literacy Development Support Program":Conducted drama education workshops for rural teachers in the T+ program.
Master Class at the First Primary and Secondary School Drama Arts Festival of Sichuan Tianfu New Area:Conducted drama education training for over 20 teachers in Tianfu New Area.
IDEAC Drama Education Application and Practice Conference Workshop: Conducted a drama education workshop themed "Devising Theatre in Education Based on Traditional Cultural Stories" for 60 teachers nationwide.
