2025年,是戏剧教育在“方寸舞台”与“广阔天地”之间同频共振的一年。这一年,我的足迹跨越了地理与身份的边界:在天府七中,我是深耕课程的建设者,见证了艺术学科团队的成长和艺术活动的迭代升级;在乡村学校,我是传递火种的公益人,致力于让戏剧教育在偏远土地生根发芽;在希腊古剧场与冰岛高校,我是中西文化的连接者,带着孩子们向世界讲述中国故事。
从《校园有戏》的出版共读,到国际论坛的专业发声,戏剧不仅是一门课程,更成为了我们构建新型教育关系、疗愈自我与连接世界的通用语言。
回首这充满张力与温度的一年,每一步都算数,每一幕都精彩。
The year 2025 marked a period of harmonious resonance for drama education, bridging the intimate confines of the stage with the expansive horizons of the wider world. This year, my journey transcended geographical and identity boundaries: at Tianfu No. 7 High School, I was a dedicated curriculum developer, witnessing the growth of the arts team and the iterative enhancement of artistic activities; in rural schools, I was a philanthropist carrying the torch, committed to helping drama education take root and flourish in remote areas; at ancient Greek theatres and Icelandic universities, I was a bridge between Eastern and Western cultures, guiding children to share Chinese stories with the world.
From the collective reading of my book “Theatre Fostering on Campus” to professional contributions at international forums, theatre and drama transcended mere curriculum to become our universal language for forging new educational relationships, healing ourselves, and connecting with the world.
Looking back on this year rich in tension and warmth, every step counted, every scene was brilliant.

From the curriculum system to the artistic ecosystem
这一年,我在学校里除了担任天府七中戏剧教育研究中心主任,还担任天府七中艺术课程中心主任,同时,学校授予第一届名师工作室“缪斌戏剧教育工作室”。
This year, in addition to serving as Director of the Drama Education Research Centre at Tianfu No. 7 High School, I also held the position of Director of the Arts Curriculum Centre at the same school. Concurrently, the school granted me the inaugural Master Teacher Studio, named the "Muse Drama Education Lab".
戏剧课程 Drama Curriculum
1、团队建设:继续推进团队组建,迎接第六位专职戏剧教师进入团队,同时以师徒制提升团队成员的实力。
1. Team Development: Continue advancing team formation by welcoming a sixth full-time drama teacher to the team, whilst enhancing members' capabilities through a mentorship program.
2、小学戏剧课:在一至四年级任教,为年轻教师提供教学示范,同时为团队成员提供教案修改,确保整体教学质量。
2. Primary Drama Lessons: Delivered to Years 1 to 4, providing instructional demonstrations for junior teachers while offering lesson plan revisions to team members to ensure consistent teaching quality.
3、中学戏剧课:在中学部开设戏剧课,以选课走班形式开设《跨文化戏剧》《经典戏剧新次元》。
3. High School Drama Courses: Drama courses are offered in the High school division, with elective modules such as Cross-Cultural Theatre and New Dimensions in Classic Theatre.
综合艺术课程 Integrated Art Curriculum
1、团队建设:提升艺术团队整体实力,团队内驱力和凝聚力强。
1. Team Building: Enhancing the overall capabilities of the artistic ensemble, fostering strong intrinsic motivation and cohesion within the team.
2、课程建设:纵向上,带领艺术组初步完成了十二年一贯艺术课程建设;横向上,在三至五年级新增艺术综合课,继续推进融合音乐、美术、舞蹈和戏剧的综合艺术。
2. Curriculum Development: Vertically, the Arts Department has completed the initial phase of establishing a twelve-year integrated arts curriculum. Horizontally, a new comprehensive arts program has been introduced for Years 3 to 5, continuing to advance the integration of music, visual arts, dance and drama.
3、活动建设:进入活动课程2.0时代,由一年一度的戏剧节,升级为天七艺术季,包括美术节、音乐节、舞蹈节、书法节和戏剧节。
3. Event Development: Entering the 2.0 era of activity-based learning, the annual Drama Festival has been upgraded to the The Arts Season of Tianfu No.7 High School, encompassing the Fine Arts Festival, Music Festival, Dance Festival, Calligraphy Festival, and Theatre Festival.
4、馆校合作:与A4儿童艺术馆在iSTART儿童艺术节、儿童嘉年华、教育年会等方面展开深入合作,联合共创。双方联合教研,共同成长。

Partnership between the Gallery and Schools: Deepen collaboration with A4 Children's Art Gallery through initiatives such as the iSTART Children's Arts Festival, Children's Carnival, and Education Annual Conference, fostering joint creation. Both parties will engage in collaborative teaching and research, growing together.
5、天七戏剧家长社群:社群坚持每周五晚上活动,在戏剧中获得成年人的自我疗愈,也通过戏剧展现家长的风采,更重要的是,通过戏剧构建新型的家校关系。

Tianqi Theatre Parent Community: The community holds weekly activities every Friday evening, enabling adults to find self-healing through drama, showcasing parental talents through theatrical expression, and crucially, forging a new model of home-school relationship through the medium of theatre.

【Legacy and Growth】
From Master-Apprentice Pairings to Sowing the Seeds
1、天七戏剧组:以师徒制培养,通过修改教案、听课评课、定期教研、项目参与等形式,培养优秀的戏剧教师,目前已培养5名戏剧教师。
1. Drama team of Tianfu No.7 High School: Employing a master-apprentice training system, we cultivate outstanding drama educators through lesson plan refinement, classroom observation and evaluation, regular teaching research sessions, and project participation. To date, I have trained five drama teachers.
2、城市学校:完成教育戏剧师资培训第一期,来自全国各地14名老师参加培训,培训结束后,5名老师申请加入工作室,坚持在教学岗位上实践,并定期撰写教学周记。
2. Urban Schools: Completion of the inaugural phase of Drama in Education teacher training, with fourteen educators from across the nation participating. Following the program, five teachers applied to join the studio, committing to ongoing practice within their teaching roles and maintaining regular weekly teaching journals.
3、乡村学校:与致朴公益基金会、桂馨慈善基金会等合作,为浙江、河南、湖南、山东、贵州、吉林等地乡村学校教师提供上百人次培训,目前已培养出十多名种子教师。
3. Rural Schools: In collaboration with the Zhipu Public Foundation, Guixin Charity Foundation and others, we have delivered training to over a hundred teachers from rural schools across Zhejiang, Henan, Hunan, Shandong, Guizhou and Jilin provinces. To date, this initiative has cultivated more than ten seed teachers.
4、高校:在成都文理学院为小学教育系2022级3班4班完成第四学期教育戏剧课、为小学教育系2023级7班8班完成第三学期教育戏剧课的授课。教育戏剧课被设置为核心专业课,学生们也学得非常认真。
4. Higher Education: At Chengdu College of Arts and Sciences, the fourth-semester educational theatre course was delivered to Year 2022, Classes 3 and 4 of the Primary Education Department, whilst the third-semester educational theatre course was completed for Year 2023, Classes 7 and 8 of the same department. The educational theatre course is designated as a core professional subject, and students engaged with the material with considerable diligence.

教育帮扶 Educational Assistance
1、赴凉山州普雄镇,为普雄镇各中小学开展戏剧教育教师培训,举办公开课和工作坊。
1. To travel to Puxiong Town in Liangshan Prefecture to conduct drama education teacher training for primary and secondary schools in Puxiong Town, delivering open lessons and workshops.
2、赴河南省汝阳县,担任北京桂馨慈善基金会戏剧教育公益导师,为来自河南、湖南、贵州、山东和吉林共20名教师进行为期7天的戏剧教育培训,并参加汝阳县戏剧展演,为全县教师做戏剧教育培训和工作坊。
2. Travelled to Ruyang County, Henan Province, to serve as a drama education mentor for the Beijing Guixin Charity Foundation. Conducted a seven-day drama education training program for 20 teachers from Henan, Hunan, Guizhou, Shandong and Jilin provinces. Participated in the Ruyang County Drama Showcase, delivering drama education training and workshops for all county teachers.
3、担任浙江致朴公益基金会戏剧教育公益导师,为桐浦镇中心小学教师提供为期三年的戏剧教育培训支持。
3. Served as a drama education mentor for the Zhejiang Zhipu Foundation, providing three years of drama education training support to teachers at Tongpu Town Central Primary School in Zhejiang Province.
4、在浙江杭州为乡村教师开展两天的戏剧教育培训。
4. Conducting a two-day drama education training program for rural teachers in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
5、浙江乡村教师到天府七中戏剧组跟岗学习。

公益活动
Public-welfare Events
1、举办第二届天府七中戏剧教育论坛,为全国中小学教师提供戏剧教育学习交流的平台,共有来自18个省份一百七十多名老师参会。其中九十名老师参加了工作坊,参会与工作坊均为公益性质,为老师们提供学习交流机会。
1. The Second Tianfu No. 7 High School Drama Education Forum was held, providing a platform for primary and secondary school teachers nationwide to learn and exchange ideas on drama education. Over 170 teachers from 18 provinces attended the event. 90 teachers participated in the workshops, with both the conference and workshops being offered free of charge to provide learning and networking opportunities for educators.
2、与北京臻爱公益基金会、北京桂馨慈善基金会、浙江致朴公益基金会、北京热腾公益基金会和乡村儿童美育公益行动网络共同发起举办2025年IDEAC乡村学校戏剧教育分论坛,分论坛在中央戏剧学院举办,在分论坛上发表演讲《戏剧教育在乡村生根发芽》。
2. Co-organised the 2025 IDEAC Rural School Drama Education Sub-Forum with the Beijing Jheng Foundation, Beijing Guixin Charity Foundation, Zhejiang Zhipu Foundation, Beijing Reteng Public Welfare Foundation, and the Rural Children's Aesthetic Education Public Welfare Action Network. The sub-forum was held at the Central Academy of Drama in Beijing, where a presentation entitled "Drama Education Taking Root and Sprouting in Rural Areas" was delivered.
3、与乡村儿童美育公益行动网络、浙江致朴公益基金会、浙江省温州市瑞安市桐浦镇中心小学、北京臻爱公益基金会、北京桂馨慈善基金会、四川标榜职业学院教育基金会和济南时代春风青少年公益发展中心联合主办第二届“通过戏剧的儿童美育”公益行动研讨会。
3. Jointly organised the Second Symposium on "Aesthetic Education for Children through Drama" with the Rural Children's Aesthetic Education Public Welfare Action Network, Zhejiang Zhipu Foundation, Tongpu Town Central Primary School in Ruian City, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, Beijing Jheng Public Welfare Foundation, Beijing Guixin Charity Foundation, Sichuan Biaozhang Vocational College Education Foundation, and Jinan Times Spring Breeze Youth Public Welfare Development Centre.
4、为T+乡村教师成长计划的读书会提供支持,计划内的乡村教师线上共读我的书作《校园有戏:中小学戏剧教育实践指南》,参加每次线上读书会并与乡村老师们交流。

Provide support for the T+ Rural Teacher Development Program's reading group, facilitating online collective reading sessions of my publication “Theatre Fostering on Campus: A Practical Guide to Drama Education in Primary and Secondary Schools”. Participate in each online reading session and engage in discussions with rural teachers.
5、赴浙江省龙游县溪口镇参加第二届乡村儿童美育论坛,为乡村儿童美育工作者们带来戏剧+心理工作坊。
5. Attended the Second Rural Children's Aesthetic Education Forum in Xikou Town, Longyou County, Zhejiang Province, delivering a drama and psychological workshop for rural children's aesthetic education practitioners.
6、为麓湖社区举办戏剧教育公益工作坊,18个来自社区的孩子一起学习创作环保主题木偶剧。
6. Conducting a drama education workshop for Luxelake Community, where 18 local children collaborated to create an environmental-themed puppet show.
7、在麓湖社区举办“翻转戏剧小镇”活动,五六百名社区儿童参加。
7. The "Flipped Theatre Town" event was held in Luxelake Community, with some five or six hundred local children taking part.
8、在世界戏剧日,带领学生剧团金沙遗址博物馆古希腊展展厅演出《伊卡洛斯之翼》,并与金沙小学、幼儿园、社区居民交流戏剧。
8. On World Theatre Day, the student theatre group performed Icarus' Wings in the Ancient Greece exhibition hall at the Jinsha Site Museum, engaging in theatrical exchanges with Jinsha Primary School, kindergarten pupils, and local residents.
9、在四川天府新区首届中小学(幼儿园)戏剧艺术节大师班,为新区的老师们做了《以教育戏剧为基础建设和普及中小学戏剧课程的实践分享》的主题分享,并为三十位老师做《基于经典文本的戏剧化创作》的工作坊;在戏剧课堂展示交流会展示一堂教育戏剧课《塞翁失马》。

At the inaugural Primary and Secondary School (Kindergarten) Theatre Arts Festival Masterclass in Sichuan Tianfu New Area, delivered a keynote presentation titled "Practical Insights on Establishing and Popularising School Drama Curricula Through Educational Theatre" for local educators. Conducted a workshop on "Dramatic Creation Based on Classic Texts" for 30 teachers. Presented an Drama in Education lesson entitled "The Old Man's Loss and Gain" during the drama classroom demonstration exchange session.

1、作为国际戏剧教育协会执委会委员和项目总监,策划主办2025 Together We Go On Festival,来自欧洲、非洲、亚洲、美洲的二十多位戏剧教育者参与分享。
1. As the Director of Projects at International Drama/Theatre and Education Association, I conceived and organised the 2025 Together We Go On Festival, which featured contributions from over twenty theatre educators across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas.
2、赴新加坡参加新加坡戏剧艺术大会,同期参加国际戏剧教育协会理事会,在大会主持年轻戏剧教育者圆桌论坛。
2. Attended the Singapore Theatre Arts Festival, concurrently participating in the Council of the International Drama/Theatre and Education Association, where I co-hosted a roundtable forum for young theatre educators at the festival.
3、带领天府七中学生剧团赴希腊麦西尼参加第十二届国际青少年古希腊戏剧节,在建于两千三百年前的麦西尼古剧场里演出,并与麦西尼市政厅和当地艺术团、卡拉马塔当地学校、雅典第七十四小学等交流。多家希腊媒体报道。
3. Led the Tianfu No. 7 High School Student Theatre Group to Messene, Greece, for the 12th International Youth Theatre of Ancient Drama. The theatre group performed at the ancient Messene Theatre, constructed over two thousand years ago, and engaged in cultural exchanges with Messene Municipality, local artistic groups, schools in Kalamata, and Athens' 74th Primary School. The event received coverage from multiple Greek media outlets.
4、在2025成都国际友城合作与发展大会期间,雅典前副市长莫一诺来到天府七中交流,我受邀参加成都市政府欢迎晚宴。
4. During the 2025 Chengdu International Sister Cities Cooperation and Development Conference, former Deputy Mayor of Athens, Mr. Modiano, visited Tianfu No. 7 High School for an exchange. I was invited to attend the welcome dinner hosted by the Chengdu Municipal Government.
5、受冰岛戏剧教育协会邀请,赴冰岛为当地中小学戏剧教师开展为期两天的戏剧教育培训工作坊,并在冰岛艺术大学为研究生授课。
5. At the invitation of FLISS, I travelled to Iceland to conduct a two-day drama education training workshop for local primary and secondary school drama teachers, and delivered lectures to postgraduate students at the Iceland Arts University.
6、天府七中马鞍剧团、墨池剧团和乌桕剧团赴大凉山戏剧节演出《守望麦田》《庄子》与《爷爷变成了幽灵》三部作品,同时成都大学中国—东盟艺术学院由各国留学生组成的跨文化剧团演出《南柯一梦》。

Tianfu No. 7 High School's Ma'an Theatre Group, Mochi Theatre Group, and Tallowtree Theatre Group performed three works at the Daliangshan Theatre Festival: Guarding the Wheat Fields, Zhuangzi, and Grandfather Became a Ghost. Concurrently, the cross-cultural theatre group formed by international students at Chengdu University's China-ASEAN Arts College presented A Dream of Nanke.

2. At the opening ceremony of the 2025 Chengdu Marathon, the Tianfu No. 7 High School Student Theatre Group was invited by the Chengdu Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and the Embassy of Greece in China to participate in the opening event and perform an excerpt from their original work, The Spark.
3、在2025成都市欧洲文化季和欧盟举办的欧洲风情街,带领天府七中学生剧团演出《伊卡洛斯之翼》,作为开场演出也作为唯一中国演员的演出。
3. At the 2025 Chengdu European Culture Season and the European Cultural Street organised by the European Union, the Tianfu No. 7 High School Student Theatre Group performed Icarus' Wings as the opening act, with the sole Chinese performer taking part.
4、四川省武术协会青城武术传承发展工作委员会授予天府七中为国家非遗青城武术传承基地。

1. Participated in the 2025 China-Europe Forum on Humanities and Arts Education. The theatre education case study, "Fostering Deep Cultural Exchange Between Chinese and European Youth Through Drama: The Greek Performance and Exchange Practice of Tianfu No. 7 High School's Original Production 'The Spark'", was selected for inclusion in the anthology of exemplary achievements in China-Europe cultural and artistic education exchange and mutual learning.

Theatre Fostering on Campus: A Practical Guide to Drama Education in Primary and Secondary Schools: Since its publication, this volume has garnered considerable acclaim and feedback from educators. Teachers nationwide have spontaneously organised reading groups, distinguished teaching studios have selected it for scholarly discussion, and the Department of Drama Education at Wuhan Communication University has adopted it as course material...
2、与亚里士多德大学博士后Katerina Dima等联合撰写论文《戏剧与人工智能在小学教育中的应用:基于<奥德修斯神话>的中希学生比较研究》在期刊《European Journal of Alternative Education Studies》发表。
2. The paper "Drama and Artificial Intelligence in Primary Education: A Comparative Study of Chinese and Greek Students through the Myth of Odysseus" with Dr Katerina Dima, a postdoctoral researcher at Aristotle University, was published in the European Journal of Alternative Education Studies.

缪斌戏剧教育工作室由国际戏剧教育协会(IDEA)执行委员、天府七中戏剧教育研究中心主任缪斌老师领衔创立,致力于推动戏剧教育在中小学阶段普及、深化与本土化探索。在学术理念上,工作室独创“戏剧化学习”体系,主张“动作先于语言、过程重于结果”,通过去权威化的师生关系与情境重构,培养学生的独立思考能力与创造力。在实践成果上,工作室构建了中小学十二年一贯制戏剧课程体系,出版戏剧教育专著《校园有戏:中小学戏剧教育实践指南》,指导的学生原创剧目多次入围大凉山戏剧节等国内外知名戏剧节。此外,工作室深耕师资赋能与社会公益,携手浙江致朴、北京桂馨等公益基金会,累计培训乡村及城市一线教师数百人次。同时在成都文理学院开设教育戏剧专业课,为东北师范大学戏剧教育系开展师培工作坊。目前工作室成员12名,均为在一线实践的学校教师。作为戏剧教育的践行者,工作室致力于将国际视野与中国国情结合,让戏剧真正成为滋养生命成长的教育力量。
The Muse Drama Education Lab, founded by Miao Bin - Executive Committee Member of the International Drama/Theatre and Education Association (IDEA) and Director of the Drama Education Research Centre at Tianfu No. 7 High School - is dedicated to advancing the popularisation, deepening and localised exploration of drama education within primary and secondary schools. Academically, the Lab pioneered the "Dramatised Learning" system, advocating that "action precedes language, and process outweighs outcome." Through de-authorised teacher-student relationships and contextual reconstruction, it cultivates students' independent thinking and creativity. In practical achievements, the Lab has developed a twelve-year integrated drama curriculum for primary and secondary schools. It published the the drama education monograph “Theatre Fostering on Campus: A Practical Guide to Drama Education in Primary and Secondary Schools”. Student-created productions guided by the Lab have frequently been shortlisted for prestigious domestic and international theatre festivals, including the Daliangshan Theatre Festival. Furthermore, the Lab is deeply committed to teacher empowerment and social welfare initiatives. Collaborating with charitable foundations such as Zhejiang Zhipu and Beijing Guixin, it has trained hundreds of teachers in both rural and urban schools. Concurrently, the Lab offers Drama in Education courses at Chengdu College of Arts and Sciences and conducts teacher training workshops for the Department of Drama Education at Northeast Normal University. Currently comprising twelve members, all active school practitioners, the Lab is dedicated to integrating international perspectives with China's national context, striving to make drama a genuine educational force that nurtures life's growth.
